How Do I Add Emails to My Email Blacklist? What Does This Do?

To add an email address to your blacklist:

1. Go to Settings → Email Blacklist from the left sidebar

2. Click the Add Email to Blacklist button in the top right

Blacklisting an email prevents that address from being contacted through any campaign in your workspace. It’s useful for managing opt-outs, bounces, or known bad contacts.
