My email accounts aren’t sending warmup emails

Start by confirming warmup is enabled on those accounts.

Then check:

• Are they missing MX records?

• Were they kicked off due to high bounce rates?

Fix the root issue and re-enable warmup. You can also reconnect the inbox if needed.
