When this is checked, we sync all emails, incoming and outgoing. If you turn this off, we only sync replies to campaign emails. Disable this only if you're managing emails somewhere else and want to reduce noise.
Smart filter warmup emails from other providers
When this is on, we’ll look for signs of warmup messages (like hyphenated domains) and filter them automatically.
Auto AI categorization for interested replies
When enabled, we use GPT-4o-mini to scan the content of replies and categorize whether they are interested. This only applies to the first unique reply from a contact.
Ignore Phrases / Warmup Tags
You can define specific phrases you want us to ignore. If a message includes those phrases, it won’t be synced.
