If your google accounts got suspended you'll need to migrate your domains to a new provider.
Your Google provider accounts might have been using non-profit or educational panels that got capped or suspended. When this happens, your domains might be locked to Google, preventing you from switching to another Google provider.
You may also see MX record alerts inside Bison if there's a DNS issue.
Follow these steps carefully to migrate your domains and recover your accounts:
Pause warmup completely ASAP
Pause campaigns
Pause any automations
DO NOT DELETE the accounts - Keep your existing accounts in Bison to preserve conversations
Get a new provider - Obtain a Microsoft or SMTP provider and shift your domains there
We recommend Microsoft for better deliverability
Ideally, use a provider with a real license (not a shared mailbox provider)
If needed, a shared mailbox Microsoft provider will work
Re-upload the inboxes - Upload your inboxes from the new provider without deleting the old accounts from Bison
Auto-update happens - Bison will automatically update the connection
Test the connection - Send out some manual inbox placement tests from a campaign view using EmailGuard, and send a few manual emails from the Bison master inbox
Re-enable warmup - Turn warmup back on and wait a few days to see your new score
Resume operations - In the meantime, you can start picking up on your current lead conversations
Following these steps should help you get everything normalized again.
