Technically, yes, but it is not recommended.
EmailBison does not support different usernames for SMTP and IMAP on the same inbox connection. If your AWS setup requires separate identities for SMTP vs IMAP, you would need to build your own proxy connection to make it work.
But more importantly, Amazon SES is not recommended for cold email because it can violate AWS policies/ToS and often leads to account restrictions.
Instead, you can use providers like Google or Microsoft, or at the very least, an optimized SMTP provider like:
