The Sent tab lists all outbound emails successfully sent through Bison, whether sent manually or via automated campaigns. This tab helps you verify what was sent, when, and to whom.
The Spam tab collects all incoming emails that were flagged as irrelevant, suspicious, or low-quality, either by Bison’s filters or the connected email provider (e.g., Gmail, Outlook). This typically includes cold inbound outreach, generic job applications, or mass mailers.
The Bounces tab contains system generated notifications indicating that your outbound message failed to reach its recipient. This is a critical tab for managing deliverability and sender reputation.
