If your campaign shows as 100% completed, but you’ve noticed that some leads were never emailed, there’s likely a valid reason related to lead or sender status.
This article explains why this happens and how to identify which leads were skipped.
Why This Happens
When a campaign reaches 100% completion, it means all leads that were eligible to be emailed have been processed. However, some leads may be ineligible due to certain conditions. These leads are marked with a “stopped” status and are excluded from sending.
Common Reasons Leads Are Skipped
Here are the most frequent causes:
1. Blacklisted Leads
If a leads email or domain is on your Email Blacklist or Domain Blacklist, they will be automatically skipped to prevent sending.
2. Moved to Another Campaign
If a lead was manually or programmatically moved to another campaign before receiving an email in the original one, they will not be emailed again here.
3. Sender Email Account Removed
If the sender email account assigned to the campaign was deleted or disconnected mid-campaign, any leads assigned to that sender at that moment may not have been processed.
4. Manual Stop or Removal
Leads may have been manually stopped or removed from the campaign due to qualification changes, response handling, or admin actions.
