At the moment, EmailBison does not support permanent contact deletion. However, you have unlimited contact storage, and there are flexible ways to update your contact data when needed.
If you need to refresh or correct contact information, you can simply re-import your contact list:
Prepare your updated contact file
Upload it to your workspace and give it a new name
Complete the upload process
EmailBison will automatically overwrite all custom variables with the new data for any existing contacts. If those contacts are part of active campaigns, they’ll also be updated accordingly.
We’re actively working on more granular contact management controls, including the ability to delete or archive contacts. These features will be included in an upcoming release.
