On each contact’s profile, you’ll see stats like Sent, Unique Opens, and Unique Replies. These give you a quick overview of how that contact has interacted with your outreach over time.
Sent: The total number of emails ever sent to this contact, across all campaigns.
Unique Opens: How many different campaigns this contact has opened at least once. One open per campaign is counted, even if they opened the email multiple times.
Unique Replies: The number of different campaigns this contact has replied to. One reply per campaign is counted, even if they replied more than once.
These stats are global and cumulative, meaning they reflect activity across all time for this contact, not just a single campaign.
