If your campaign failed to launch, it’s most likely due to missing sender emails.
Why This Happens
EmailBison requires at least one sender email to be associated with a campaign. If all available sender emails have been removed from the campaign settings or the workspace as a whole. The campaign will be unable to send and will fail to launch.
How to Resolve It
To get your campaign back on track:
Go to Workspace Settings
Navigate to your Sender Emails section.
Confirm that at least one verified sender is available.
Check the Campaign Senders
Open the campaign that failed.
In the Senders tab, ensure that one or more senders are still assigned to the campaign.
Re-add Senders if Needed
If no senders are listed, re-assign existing senders or add new ones to resume sending.
If sender emails appear to be in place and the issue persists, reach out to your dedicated support team.
