Campaigns in EmailBison may enter a “processing” state for several reasons:
You just launched a campaign, and the system is calculating the sending schedule.
You paused a campaign and are now resuming it.
The campaign has finished sending for the day and is calculating the schedule for the next day.
Every campaign will enter the processing status at least once per day to update its schedule for upcoming sends.
This is a normal part of the campaign lifecycle and usually lasts a short time.
If your campaign remains in the processing state for several hours without progressing, contact our support team for assistance.
