Reply followup campaigns work differently from regular campaigns, you can only add contacts who have replied at least once to your outreach.
Navigate to the Master Inbox in your EmailBison dashboard.
Find the contact you want to add to a followup campaign.
Click the Actions dropdown next to their contact information.
Select “Push to followup campaign.”
Choose the desired followup campaign from the dropdown menu.
Confirm to add the contact’s reply to the campaign.
The lead and the associated sender email will be automatically enrolled.
Important: If the sender email linked to the lead’s reply has been deleted, you will not be able to add that lead to a followup campaign.
Go to the Contacts page.
Use the filter to select contacts by reply count (e.g., contacts who have replied at least once).
Select the contacts you want to add.
Click the “Add to campaign” button.
Choose the appropriate followup campaign from the dropdown.
Confirm to add the selected contacts to the campaign.
