By default, followup campaigns begin sending on the next scheduled sending day after you push a reply into the campaign.
Example: If you push a reply on Thursday, the first followup email will be sent on Friday (assuming Friday is an active sending day).
You can customize which days of the week emails are sent by adjusting the sending schedule in the campaign settings. This allows you to:
Restrict sending to specific weekdays
Avoid weekends or holidays
Align with your recipients’ time zones or business hours
Currently, you cannot select an exact calendar date for the first followup email to go out beyond the configured sending schedule.
